In what way is 9/11 related to the wrongdoings of America in her history? I'm not sure that really makes much sense. It was supposed to be the terrorists' grudge with the new America, wasn't it? Unless it was all a conspiracy theory.....

Following the "official story". Usama was a CIA trained fighter in Afghanistan against the Soviets. When we went after Saddam the first time in 1991 we stationed troops in Saudi Arabia. Infidels on holy ground didn't fly with him. Hence the attacks on america culminating in 9/11. In technical terms we call that "blowback". where our own training comes back to bite you on the bum.
