to ask how Julia was keeping. girl replied, "She's busy".
She is always busy and never returns my calls says I.

Girl,"I will get her PA to call you." and she took my number.

I hope Julia is OK.

Just recieved call back.

Julia's PA "Why do you keep calling?"

I want to speak to julia to make sure she is still alive but they keeps saying "she is in a meeting"

PA is going to give Julia the message.

Good question: why do you keep calling?

I happen to disagree with your intepretation of their work (I think they are pretty benign) but even if you were right - not a chance of that, but let's take a leap of faith here - calling them repeatedly can serve no useful purpose. Any sensible person receiving those calls would refuse to speak to you.

They will have you down as a stalker if you are not careful.

Just think of all those stalkers who repeatedly try and contact someone who can sort their problem out in some public department and keep getting told they can't speak to anyone. We must have a nation of stalkers.

It's one of those laws that can be twisted any way you please and soon you will get on the spot unlimited fines for millions of these kinds of offences. If you think it is unfair you will get it decided by another one of them. People like Julia Middleton can carry on without challenge.
