Yes, it is worth a read. But he seems to think we are a fully independent nation state as we were at the time of Cromwell. That status has ceased to be. Richard North would have a field day with this article if he has not done so already. I broadly agree with his comments about Islam.

What can we do? - leave the EU; how we do so is the multi-billion pound question.
