New uniforms - and a new role - for our Rangers

Our Rangers are now sporting new lightweight uniform jackets - but there's a lot more to this than fashion! We want our Rangers to have a deeper and more connected role in the local business community and not be viewed as just there for when you have a problem.
So the new jackets have a large international tourist information 'i' symbol on the back and the uniform trousers no longer have military style 'cargo' pockets. This new style is in keeping with our plans to make the Rangers more approachable and less like security personnel in appearance.



As the Rangers' duties expand into a more informational role they will be encouraging members ofthe public to communicate with the inholborn management through them as well as the more usual channels of email and telephone. The Rangers are there to listen to your views and pass comment on for action - use their local knowledge and access to get your ideas across - they are on the streets now!
