They did it in America with the prohibition era. Oh well, I suppose it will help people start up their own businesses in a market that will not be dominated by monopolies and so it might be a good thing. No tax to pay either.

I'm a non-smoker, but this is making me mroe angry as it's not just smoking every facet of our lives is being invaded upon. It just gets worst as time goes on.
