Tell that to the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force personnel who risk their lives in helicopter rescues, often assisting or taking over from the RNLI.

Despite being a 'government body', they somehow manage it.

Yes you are quite right come to think of it. I was thinking about that the other day when seeing a poster that looked like a rouse to promote climate change and the RSPCA was in on it.

If you want a list of the political charities in one place I'd suggest looking at the 'make poverty history' scam that was organised recently. I think they had used Bob on one too many occasions and it really was seen for what it really was, indeed very similar to the Al Gore extravaganza to show how one should turn off light bulbs and that sort of thing.

As a merchant seaman [Ex] and having a luxuary yacht at Invergordon [14' GP sailing dingy] I called out the RNLI
twice last year re unmmaned [or womanned] drifting vessels.

I do indeed, I was going to set them on to my Mother aged 88.

Are you suggesting that the task of the RNLI should be transferred to the military?

In case you didn't notice, the military *is* in a mess. You too are in the UKNDA no?

My family are also sailors and my parents found out their rudder fell off! Anyway the RNLI were there to help and they said they did a wonderful job. I don't think there are very many completely genuine charities but they appear to be one that is.

No, but I've seen enough rescues performed by the RN to know that the boys from Culdrose do a marvellous job.

The wider military perhaps, but Culdrose and the sea rescue service provided by the Navy is top notch.

OK back to Communism. I was listening to the radio last night and I heard this advert that I immediately recognised as a professional brainwashing job. It had the kind of backing music to lull the mind into an alpha state in preparation to receive the message, so I kept listening.

Apparently Newport City Council is giving £500 plus per week to give people's children away. I forget the terminology used but it was classic textbook brainwashing from beginning to end. I wonder if there is some kind of joined up government happening with the charity sector in this line of Communism. I expect there is since it is all about 'help' and 'care'.

If anyone has ever been unlucky enough to experience a 'family' court then they would know exactly how these terms are now being redefined in Newspeak. This is something I'm still investigating but £500 min/per week is up from the ones around this way that have been advertising at £370/week. Remember the Communist doctrine is the state owns your children. This is one of the most insidious social engineering projects these Reds are involved in at the moment. They have a new lexicon, e.g. 'children with special needs', 'demanding children' and so on.

Question: Do Newport City Council and charities intermingle?

Take a look at this.

Newport City Council Homepage

It's always instructive to look at the first page of a council's website because that way you can tell with certainty what they consider most important/highest priority and/or their selling points, as in 'why should I pay huge amounts of cash each year to this government body'.

Also have a look on your council tax bills under social services expenditure and ask exactly what is meant by a social service. Some fact about our rubbish collection statistics came to light the other day, we are on par with some really backward ex-communist state apparently. So where does all of this money go and as the MP in Parliament was asking of Common Purpose "what purpose?".

Well at least there are still some useful things that it does. My county council is Somerset County Council and I have to say Newport is not quite to the point they have reached. Somerset CC has become nothing more than the representatives of this invisible hand of the Communists and they even have their own Pravda sent out each month.

Somerset County Council

"Somerset Making WAVEs With Euro Cash Boost"

"Heroes Welcome At CO2mmunity Carbon Conference"

"Boost for Recycling in Sedgemoor"

" New start time for recycling and refuse collections in West Somerset "

"18 March 2008 Mendip Pupils Set For Healthy Debate At Children's Parliament "

And on and on and on. If you want to find out what the Red's latest agenda items are then they have the lot. Indeed the leader, who is much like your Julia Middleton kind of character, wanted to merge all five district councils into one EU regional council and refused a referendum on it. Where have we seen this kind of thing before?
