Racism:

I hadn't "suffered" racsism since some chap called me a "Scotch git" many years ago. Here in this great Forum of Democracy, I see racism on a daily basis.

Being a Scot born Brit, I get called Jock git or 'Scotch' git among other names on a regular basis, but have never seen it as being 'racist'.

I wonder if the Commission for Racial Equality would give me a massive grant to have the situation corrected?....

Being the timid, fearful individual that I am, surrounded by these beligerent English folk, I feel it is only fair that I be allowed to bring all my relatives and extended family (and their extended families) into England in order to even the numbers a bit...

Oh wait.... we already have...

As I'm not a disabled, single parent, homosexual, with an ethnic (unless being Scottish qualifies) background then I probably won't get it.

But if you know a way round this Hartlepool then I'm willing to listen.

The answer is simple, to get the subsidy - return to Scotland and take your family with you.

Racism is trying to forcibly deculturalise a people, colonise their land with unwarranted foreigners, and breeding people out and making them a minority in their own land. At least its racist when it happens to the Tibetans.
