Who the HELL is Olwen Dutton?

Olwen Dutton is the Chief Executive of the West Midlands Regional Assembly. That much I have just found out. So I put her name in Google, all of the results that I found were links to the WMRA. So I put her name in Wikipedia, result nothing. Well not strictly true, rather tellingly she has an entry in the French Wiki’. But no information. As she is top dog in this area you would think that she would be important enough to have a history pre her WMRA appointment, (not election).
If she is such a non-entity why the bloody hell have we got her?????

She was previously Corporate Director (Resources) with Staffordshire County Council as well as spending 4 years with the Audit Commission as an Associate Director. She's currently joint Chief Executive of West Midlands Local Government Association together with being CE of WMRA. She trained as a solicitor and her details are still available via the Law Society.

The Treason Act 1708 (7 Ann c. 21) is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom which harmonised the law of high treason between the former kingdoms of England and Scotland following their union as Great Britain in 1707. It came into effect on 1 July 1709. Some of it is still in force today.
