Very odd as Inverness City Provost ROBERT (BOB) WYND
Bob Wynd stole, took or had taken away, dishonestly or wrongfully, Appropriated, nicked, swiped, lifted, grabbed, siezed .... £250,000 from Inverness Common Good Fund to finance Highland 2007 events, including the damp squib of a fireworks event SEE Spectacular show ends Highland 2007 - The Inverness Courier The Highland Council /ward18/ward-18z.htm Which cooncillors stolen £250,000 from the people of Inverness? The Inverness Courier Spectacular_show_ends_ Highland_2007.html of Inverness Common Good Fund, The Inverness Courier Common_Good_councillors_hit_out _at_firework_cash_decision.html which they spent on a 20 min FIREWORK DISPLAY. BRAVE Councillors who registered their disapproval of the decision to award £250,000 towards the cost of the event are: Lib-Dems, Kenneth MacLeod (Millburn), Janet Camp-bell (Central), David Henderson (Ness-side) and Alex Graham (Inverness West); Labour's Bet McAllister (Central) and Independents Roddy Balfour (Culloden and Ardersier), Jim Craw-ford (Inverness South) and Norrie Donald (Ness-side). "We are concerned that the funding was agreed with wanton disregard for the legal constraints placed upon us as trustees of the Common Good Fund in the face of well-founded advice and that will, to our minds, bring no lasting or tangible benefit to the local population," the letter states. Bob Wynd, the city's provost, helped steal £250,000 from the people.
