How social services are paid bonuses to snatch babies for adoption | the Daily Mail

Well done for reporting something like this Daily Mail - makes a change !

A very good advert for the nation to continue to breed, if things carry on then the birth rate will plummet even further out of fear.

Good point - who with any conscience wouldn't think long and hard about bringing a child into the world.
But that's different to forcing people to be sterilized

Not much difference really, being psychologically sterilized by the fear of your child which you have just had being taken away from you.

Wait a minute, I just had an idea.

The Government thinks that the native British a lazy, work-shy people, Right?
So if the native birth rate is dropping (insert idea about made-up issure concerning certain parts of society being dangerous/bad parents) get more people into this country that are deemed to be profitable workers to fit in the gaps....Hmmm? Interesting.

Yes Interesting indeed

They have the highest birth rates too - seems to be in direct conflict with the government's sterilization program.

This is horrendous.

British justice: a family ruined | Camilla Cavendish - Times Online

As a father I am very fearful about what I am returning to with stories like this.

PCM, normally I think of David Noakes' publications to be OTT, but there are similar cases in his region and I think the cited case in the Times might be one of them.

It grieves me to post the link, but it is clear there are examples of suspect practice by social services.

See: http://www.devonportcolumn.org.uk/pdf/pdpc3.pdf

Family courts have to remain private, but there must be some form of audit of their actions and those of family lawyers involved in these cases. I've sat in a number of family cases as part of legal training and no parent would welcome the Sun or Mirror into the court to report on their personal nightmares. I would find it morally repugnant for the evidence I have been party to to become part of the Sunday breakfast news. That would lead to even more harm.

But if the parents decide to talk to the press if they feel there has been a miscarriage of justice then that is their right, surely. Even more so with this blatant abuse of power.
