Default Devolution madness.

Devolution has created four different NHS systems - and England is 'poor relation'
Devolution has led to a system of medical apartheid, with four different National Health Services across the UK, a senior health official has admitted.

Labour's changes mean that patients in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are now receiving completely different standards of care.
Those in Scotland get access to more life-saving drugs on the NHS than their counterparts south of the border, while in Wales there are no prescription charges.

Devolution has created four different NHS systems - and England is 'poor relation' | the Daily Mail

I've always understood the initials NHS meant NATIONAL Health Service, not a Health Service based on residency or a Health Service dependant on(Mainly) English contributions.

These Terrible Three:

Rt Hon Alan Johnson MP
Title: Secretary of State for Health

Ben Bradshaw MP
Title: Minister of State for Health Services

Rt Hon Dawn Primarolo MP
Title: Minister of State for Public Health
are fully responsible for all ****-ups,financial crisis',lost records and The Great Computer Fiasco.
What can we expect from a former Postman,a former Journalist and a former Treasury Minister (One of Brown's 'Best Buddy's')?
None of them would recognise efficiency if it hit them on the head.

Bradshaw is a staunch europhile and was a useless Fisheries Minister. Johnson - not a nice man in my view - is just as bad as Bradshaw on the EU issue.
