Just thought I'd point out that this decision has been reversed due to the thousands of people contacting the Beeb to complain.

They thought they were being stylishly PC. I notice that Peter Tatchell from the Grauniad supported the move, stating that he didn't expect the BBC to broadcast the word '******', so why should they broadcast 'faggot'.

Well I have priased Mr Thatchell for the work he has done highlighting the barbarity of the Mugabe regime in Zimbabwe, I have also siad I admire his courage in trying to effect a citizens arrest on the evil murdering dictator especially as he was beaten for his trouble.

However the type of politics he normally advocates including policys which
would make it legal for a 40 year old man to sodomise a 14 year old child are not about liberalism but more about sexual perversion.
