Shouldn't it be "Merry Christmas" ?

I thought the 'Happy' was "Happy New Year".

Maybe he is going to all the wrong places. We couldn't find any cards that didn't have a Christmas message.

I bought a pack of Christmas cards last week and they all said 'Happy Christmas' on them.

However, finding cards with an an actual Christian theme to the pictures/designs on them was difficult.

Gordon Brown has the time (via the puppet Chancellor Darling) to deliver at least two generous budgets before the next General Election and millions of voters will notice the tax cuts he has already brought in 'kick in' from next April when they get their end of month salary slips.

Labour won two seats from the Cameron-Conservatives in local council By-Elections held yesterday (20.12.2007) at Shepshed in Leicestershire and took votes from the Cameron-Conservatives at Castle Point (Canvey Island in Essex) the same day (this despite Labour being 13% behind the Conservatives in the latest national opinion polls) - please see posting number 21 in the following thread:

By-elections 13th/14th December 4 UKIP candidates

Default Opinion poll, ICM, Guardian, pro-EU Cameron-Conservatives, Liberal Dims, europhile

A new opinion poll by ICM published in today's Guardian shows that support for the pro-EU Cameron-Conservatives has fallen to a level lower than in a poll a month ago and lower than a comparable poll by the same opinion poll organisation taken a year ago.

In today's ICM/Guardian poll, it states that support for Labour is up and support for both the Cameron-Conservatives and for the europhile Liberal Dims is down.

Find out more about the new ICM opinion poll at:

Support for pro-EU Cameron-Conservatives down in new poll as Labour gains
