In my view he was a man of his day and location. He was a savage leader who managed to provide common coin sufficient to amalgamate other savage tribes in common cause.

What is not understood by too many people, both Muslim and non-Muslim, is that OUR is not the same place, OUR relationships with each other are not based on constant tit-for-tat feudal warfare, and OUR WORLD lives in a very much more evolved society.

Unfortunately the dictate contained within Islam that it should dominate the whole world by turning it to Islam can only be met by moving social values and beliefs back to a savage oppressed society governed by the supposed dictates of some imaginary supreme being as reported by a nasty old man who was more vicious and more duplicitous than his peers.

Islam may be OK for those primitive people who need Islam to keep them in order, it has no place in our world.

Your problem is that your ability to reason is impaired by a system of beliefs which, unlike the colour of your skin, can be jettisoned at any time!

Far too much importance is attached to religion. Unfortunately, it is confused with spiritualism, and religionists believe that THEY have a monopoly on spiritualism!

All very unfortunate in the 21st Century!
