Hello PCMadness! If you are a serving officer I may like you as a person but I certainly don't like your trade! My own personal experience with the Police is: They are like Banks, they hold an Umbrella over you until it ******* rains!!!!!

Smidgey, I am emotional about a great many things, but that is what defines my humanity. I do care about how my actions or actions I sanction indirectly affect other people around me. That is not being selfish. It's called being socially responsible. Common sense, common courtesy, common decency and just plain old good manners are qualities that every member of society should strive to have. Social responsibility is a requirement if you are to be part of the community and I mean community in the widests sense. i.e. western society

Sadly, it is clear that many of these fundamental qualities are fast disappearing from society. The liberalism that is sweeping the western world is destroying any sense of social responsibility. This can be clearly seen on our streets every day where the real violence is ocurring. Things that were important like family and social respect for others and the law are almost dirty words.

Given no direction in a society where a blind eye is turned with every transgression is there any wonder there are feral kids running around the place maiming and killing people for fun. The clear message under all of this that is clearly being heard is, you just do exactly what you want regardless of how morally wrong or socially irresponsible it is, no one will stop you.

Through YOUR selfishness smidgey and lack of social responsibility you are adding to our demise.

Well no I am not going to engage with you on this ridiculous notion of a violent government. By your definition any government would be violent so you must obviously prefer a state with no government which makes you an anarchist.

Long and the short of it is we are all to blame for this social collapse of standards, including the government. Where does it start and stop, do you know?

I have to say that it is somewhat comforting to know that you will not be polluting the gene pool with your spawn. Now that is social responsibility
