A new law has been passed in Scotland requiring a wearer of fur to have a licence to show that it is not from an endangered species. Clearly absent mindedly they forgot a sporran uses fur so this hopefully will mean an end to the sight of Scottish nobbly knees.

It is not the fur but the hair and apparently it effects anything which uses hair in its manufacture e.g paint brushes, flys for angling. I am apparently in breach of the law as I own a shaving brush made of badger's hair!!!!!
