Default Public Sighting of a Golly M6

There is a Golly, located in the central reservation of the M6. It has been there for over a week located 24.8 miles north of the Stoke-on-Trent junction.

My questions:

1. Do you think it been placed there to be deliberately provocative?
2. Could this be a racially aggravated placement?
3. Should the authorities be informed to continue their zero tolerance to gollys in public?

The Golly must be taken into custody now and an immediate investigation much be launched using taxpayers money to find its onwer and prosecute them for inciting racial hatred. That seems to be to be a moderate non PC response.

Yes indeed, and once the perpetrator has been found, and hauled
through the courts, I would suggest a minimum of at least 15 years
for this horrendous offence...

Heh. You know that story a couple weeks back about the guy from Leek pulled for having a golly sticker on his Landy?

Pretty much the whole of Leek has come out in support and bought gollys.

I think Gollies are becoming the modern equivalent of the V for victory painted around occupied countries in the last war. A sign of resistance.
