Comment on a new hairstyle or nice new shoes.
Recognise their appearance.
Compliment them on their work.
Let the receptionists know that the phone message that they passed on was appreciated and taken care of.
People need to know that they are valued.

I haven't got much time, so can't Google it, but the name Christine
Webber sounds familiar, I'm sure (Pls correct me if I'm wrong here)
she was the sex advisor on that appauling late night relationship
programme fronted by Toyah Wilcox in the mid 90's, who although
in her forties, would giggle inaneley an blush like a 15 year old
schoolgirl whilst explaining about underware and how her and her
husband use role playing ect ect ect, more like an Ann Summers
Rep than a relationship expert, I'd take anything she says
with a pinch of salt.
