Girls fined for pavement drawings

He said North Wales Police had since telephoned him and offered to reduce the fine to £40, but he told them to "forget it".

He added: "We'll go to court if necessary and I intend to make an official complaint.

I bet it helps the much discredited North Wales police hit their targets.
Another piece of **** from the land of Dick Head Brunstrom why this man just doesn't take the hint and FO I'll never know he has done more to discredit the police forces in the UK then anyone I know

I'm beginning to hate what this country is becoming. The fact people are still just accepting it and keeping the same bunch of parasites in charge, makes me think it is already over.

Chalk on the pavement? I mean come on, it's not like it's permanent, or the images offensive.

Be good if Nigel would take up this case - he would make mince-meat of the Chief Constable.

Chalking on the pavement is a traditional British activity for children.

I don't want to labour this but it's called 'playing out', and it's much better for children than TV or computers.

Isnt this the same police force that wants to discriminate against white ethnic groups to hit bonus targets ? fining pavement artists hits crime bonus targets . If a target exists hit it regardless of common sense . If it doesnt exist ignore it. sick society.
