Will "Full Inquiries" lead to a blameless society?

I just think that Blair and his cronies love inquiries because nobody ends up taking the blame. It's all spread about with bits being taken by everyboby so nobody loses.

When was the last "it's a fair cop" routine done? :shock:

The buzz word when gross professional negligence etc was exposed was "we are all guilty " with the perpetrator given a month paid leave for counciling and to get over the criticism.

Its effectively changed to " p.... off " we are going to cover it up, no one will be found accountable or punished, its going to be kicked in the long grass and we dont care a toss what you think cos the electorate is so stupid they will vote us in any way, and even if not, PC officials have stiched it up in "rights" to run rings round elected members.
