The law - which is higher than BA - demands that all motorcyclists wear a helmet, except Sikhs - due to religious clothing. Therefore, the fact that a Christian religious symbol is a necklace is of no consequence.

You are listening to what BA says (mistake) and actually believing it (another mistake).
As I said here or elsewhere, I have been through BA site inductions.
I'm not dependent on the media coverage to know about their rules.

But if you and others want to read between the lines and infer something else into it, then fine.
