They forgot to mention that they are biased towards the middle classes as well.

From the link to BBC it looks like BBC diversity Tsar Fitzpatrick is guilty of P.C.racism and that BBC's equality plan has massive racist bias. Scope for UKIP members to demand a copy of the plan and challenge it. I had a minor victory over a local authority in forcing them to change blatantly racist P.C. practice . At one time UKIP had a "BBC watch" campiagn but unfortunately as it is now a "proper political party" it has ceased all that kind of thing .
