"Warning" of more Islamofascist terrorist attacks on the United Kingdom?

Terrorist actions against the British people would not be very good to the stability of our country being a largely tolerant nation without militias and paramilitary irregulars more concerned about the protection of British people than restrictive laws on human rights.

Now, that may be seen as a warning and not a threat.
