2 more amazing stories this week

1) The auctioneer at a weekly Worcester poultry market who has been doing the job for years is to be investigated by the Health and Safety executive to check if he is too loud. They have a complaint and they have to investigate.

2) Police in Bath refused to chase a moped thief because he was not wearing a crash helmet and they were worried they would get sued if he fell off and hurt himself.
