Default Scrap all Application Forms and Experience Mantra

The Myth of " Equal Opportunities " is laid bare by Companies
expecting people to have " Experience " which they have not been
given a chance to gain and thus discriminating for instance against
the majority of people who have never been Railway Office Clerks.

Application Forms take no account of real life or circumstances in
real life reducing human beings to Candidate Reference Application
Numbers and are a form of Control Freakery.

United Kingdom Independence Party should and must abolish all
Application Forms for Employment and the mantra of " Experience "
this is not " Frustrating " this is Traumatising

I do agree that some employers do require excessive experience of job applicants.

These employers then whine about a "skill shortage" and demand more immigration.

When I was searching for work there were quite a number of jobs which I wanted and felt I could do but where the employer wanted someone experienced.

I dont think government legislation is the way to alleviate this problem.

I would like to see companies having more than a certain number of employees being obliged to provide the necesary training for those who do not have the necessary experience.

If all companies only accept those with relevant experincee then how is it possible for anyone to gain the necessary experience?

The situation to day being what it is, the answer from most folks to that question is:
"Anything I can get"

Default Rights of People to Decent Wages and Quality of Life

At the moment Employers have more Power over Employees than
Feudal Barons over Serfs. Workers have next to no Rights whatsoever
and by it being a Desperate Struggle in the Real World for many
people to get something as basic as a Job these Employers can cheat
People out of Decent Wages and hence a Decent Standard of Living
and what is worse is that so many of the splendidly none affected are
Brainwashed to accept this Madness

Let those who say otherwise go live on Fresh Air and be denied even
being able to get a Job standing behind counters and see how they like
it
