Default Common Purpose

I have only just found out about this, and it is frightening.

http://www.eutruth.co.uk/

Read the article about Common Purpose, bottom of the page.

Quote:
Common Purpose is the glue that enables fraud to be committed across these government departments, most of it lining the pockets of politicians and bureaucrats. It often involves the sale of public assets such as land to friends of politicians or their businesses. (The RDA -The EU Regional Development Agency, is a major player in this type of fraud.) And the handing out of plum government non jobs with big salaries and expenses to members of Common Purpose, all of it involving the theft of our money as taxpayers. The Chief Executive Officer of Common Purpose is Julia Middleton of the ODPM.

Oh thank you for providing a link to that website. I haven't had such a good laugh in ages. Difficult to pick out the best bits from such a wide choice but I think it might be:

Quote:
After the EU abolishes our 48 counties your address will change from 4 High St, Taunton, Somerset, Great Britain, to 4 High St, Taunton, Area K, European Union. (The glorious EU county "The South West Region" has had the postal address "Area K" assigned for over a decade.)
Hilarious.
.

Default Wormwood Scrubs

The website looks good. I've copied it to read it at leisure over the weekend. There was another good one I came across last Summer which had a picture of Wormwood Scrubs prison on it with a caption saying "this is the place where traitor Heath should have been sent." Whoever wrote that must be a good laugh  .

Are you saying that there is an EU map showing postal addresses such as Area K? Do tell me where I can see one.

I surfed around last night - I think Common Purpose is a worry.

Hmm. Thought there wouldn't be an answer.

I have got a map courtesy of eurostat and entitled Map of the Community Regions: NUTS 2, 1995. A bit out of date, but all the regions of the EU are shown by numbers. Wales for eg is UK91, Cornwall UK62.

Quote:
In the UK we already have regions but now here are sub regions and sub sub regions.

The division of this country has still further to go right down to the parish councils.

In the Brussels' plan London is region number UKI with 2 sub regions: an outer and an inner. And London will have five sub sub regions.

Ken Livingstone says he will abolish the 32 London boroughs 5 super boroughs, neatly fitting that Brussels plan.

There will be no City of London and there will be far reaching financial and planning repercussions.

Every county council will be abolished. Devon County Council is now a sub sub region of the EU, UKK43, pending its abolition.

And there will be no England.

Does that answer your question?

Does that answer your question?
Well no, not really. The NUTS regulation (1059/2003 - OJ L154/2003) establishes a common classification of territorial units for statistics

Asyou say, you got the map from EUROSTAT, which is the statistical office of the EU. The regulation does not affect local government, nor does it have any effect on postal addresses. It is just for the collection of statistics.

I just don't believe the interpretation that Lindsay Jenkins puts on this.

Lindsay Jenkins has done a lot to uncover what is happening in the EU. Did you listen to her interview which I put on The Europe Thread, you should, she speaks about the EU sub Regions, and sub-sub Regions right down to the Parish Councils.
