Default A cross outside of a church

Dudley council has decided that a local Methodist Church has to get planning permission and pay a £75 fee to put a cross up outside the Church. The Council says it is advertising , of course, they had flexibility to decide otherwise but probably needed the money.
John Prescott's office which is charge of planning said not their problem talk to the local council!!!!

All interested party's and public should do a quick demo at the Dudley Council offices,it could be the thin edge of another EU wedge, letting it go is a big mistake and letters will have delayed answers or just be ignored.

Thinking about stuff like this I realise it is happening all the time and every day, especially on a Friday, which means it may be forgotten about by Monday.

Can I suggest that posters of this kind of info include the phone number and a contact name and department so that people can call them to register a complaint. I will do this gladly, maybe several times as well.

can this not be construed as religious discrimination, or does that only apply to "other" Religions?
