Next time try to get some photographic evidence or better still a letter and send photocopies to all the press in the country.

So does all this mean that if the Management/Supervision on this job is Polish or of other nationality then all the risk assesment forms have to be in Polish,AND in English or in ANY other languages? :roll:

These RAs and MSs are given to employees to study and refer to on the job,what do they do if they have six nationalities working on a job working for Brits,Poles,French Management/Supervision? :roll:

With regard to on-site communications in this case being in the Polish language,what happens to the Poles if an emergency occurs on site with another ContractorCompany who only speaks English and they need to tell the Polish Management/Employeew to clear the site because of an imminent explosion? :roll:

It's a complete lunatic asylum, just try to conform to these EU Laws for too long and you are assured of lunacy and an early grave. :roll:

Don't just send it to the telegraph send it to all the press - except the independent and guardian.
