thats just stupid !

thing is the owness is on the judge here, no matter what the law is its still at the owness of the judge to make a fair call, and to accept the accused is inocent until proven guilty, they could not prove she was not asleep when they rang her bell, so effectivly in the eyes of the law she has to be assumed to be asleep. its also a waist of police time, maybe they shouldn have phoned her on a land line, or used the land line as a second method of contacting her.

now this all makes me sound very left wing .. but im not, im pro police, personaly the police should have had the right to bash her door down as far as im concerned, for all they knew she could have been having a heart attack !

love the idea od the neck collar, maybe woul work as a visual deterant to young offenders.

or how about a small collar that fits on the wrist and can be programed, if offender isnt with X distance of the controling unit between designated hours they get a belting electric shock every 30 seconds...likem them electric dog collors... maybe the police can activate them as well.. to wake up offenders or just walk in a club and set them all of at once for a giggle !! ok maybe im going to far to the right now :?

thing is we need to swing to very right wing veiws and left wing veiws to find the middle ground and possably make some sence of it all.

Bring back the birch and these pathetic morons who find present laws laughable will desist from much crime which affects decent, law abiding citizens on a daily basis.

Wow if thats so true then the beheading in parts of saouth africa must have formed the most safest streets in the world with zero crime levels ?

i think the law needs to act as a good role modle.

I make no excuses for bringing back the above (corporal punishment).

Over the past two weeks, in my line of employment, I have been threatened to be shot and on another occasion killed by knife. I take these issues very seriously.

Certain sectors of society are "out of control".

Corporal punishment is the way to go,I have the experience with my age to honestly say it works because I was brought up under it. :roll:

I'd prefer not to divulge, but no and no.

I'm sure the above have their fair share of similar experiences.

Looking again at that, what torrid times we are living in when these incidences are now generally accepted as "the norm".
