Emma West Back in Court
Emma West has appeared back in court today, apparently some charge of her apparently thumping a felow traveller on the shoulder with a closed fist has been added.
I find this new charge strange as in these parts they don't even want to entertain charges of common assault.
Was that captured on camera, by any chance?

There had clearly been some earlier altercation with a foriegner which caused her rage.

A woman charged over an alleged racist rant on a tram that was captured on video and seen online 11 million times is set to face trial at a Crown Court.
Emma West, 34, of New Addington, has been charged with two racially aggravated public order offences, one with intent to cause fear.
She gave Croydon Magistrates' Court no indication of her plea and said she wanted to face a Crown Court trial.
Ms West was given bail and will appear at Croydon Crown Court on 17 February.

That's a lie. There were people in that court who clearly heard her give a not guilty plea and it was reported in several papers as well. It was the court that failed to record it in error.She gave Croydon Magistrates' Court no indication of her plea and said she wanted to face a Crown Court trial.

I may disapprove of what you say but I will defend to the death your right to say it.
Do I really need to point out that she can't possibly have a fair trial since she has already been tried/prejudged; not only in modern media such as twitter or YouTube but also the old media like the guardian, times, daily mail.. etc!
This lady's case will be fascinating when it goes to court since the courts will have to use New Labours' laws to find her 'guilty' of an 'Orwellian' crime!
Her lawyers will then go to the European Court of Human Rights and they will overturn any decision the Labour Judge has made.
Her lawyers will then apply for damages and we will then all have to pay!
It may take some time but this will be the end result in my guess.

Yes, this one is very interesting as I have always considered political correctness (the theocracy of multiculturalism) as it now manifests to be a new autocratic religion upheld with a severe form of shunning entrenched by long periods in prison for offences that shouldn't even come to court.

I think a religious analysis better applies. What has happened over the past couple of centuries is that a new religion has arisen, and has now achieved hegemony and, as is common in such situations, is ruthless against heresy.
In this context, Ms. West is a religious prisoner of a theocracy, not a political prisoner of a poltical totalitarianism.
We shouldn’t blame ourselves too much. The Roman pagans lost their battle against a new religion gaining hegemony too. It’s a very hard thing to prevent. By the time the danger is clear, it’s already too late to stop it.
Anyway, Ms West is the Western verson of those arab women you see on Youtube getting beaten with sticks by the Mutaween. For all the Christian era, England was never a theocracy. It is now. That’s the battle, sadly.
