These decents will be beset by hordes of human sc*m that will rampage over their living areas, kill, rob and destroy until civilization itself is no more and humanity is back to the brutal level from which it emerged thousands of years ago. Evil happens when ordinary people do nothing and ordinary people are prevented from acting because ideology and the law prevents them from defending what they have built and worked to preserve. Offering this to invasive immigrants is foolish beyond redemption but so is allowing the system to be exploited by indigenous flotsam.
Europe doesnt have an indigenous population growth problem.

90% like living on the street ! .. what an absurdly idiotic statement.
I think you are joking .. but fear you are not.
Homeless people are all ages, and all have their own reasons as to how they ended up that way.

Yeah yeah...I am sure the one percent do not like their situation. Funny how these people hang around for years, never doing a days work, or in most cases look for any form of work. They live that way because like in Africa with their people, they are treated like kids. Dont give them charity, give them something to do, to earn a little money or food, and that way teach they how to have a little dignity and self confidence. Saying..AAHHH the poor devils...is not helping.
Nobody starves in the UK, I have seen many fat tramps out and about.
If a homeless person knocks on your door asking for some money or Food, don't give them none, unless they do some labour of any kind. In summer a little weeding for an afternoon, grass mowing. Feed them Tea and sandwiches and pay them well on completion. If they are of good manners, tell them to return again. Call around to your friends and ask them to give them a little day work, I am sure that is the way forward.
In winter clearing up leaves, hedge trimming ect. Praise them for their labours, do not talk down or in a patronising way.

Giving tramps blankets is ok, but just leaving them with it all is not helping in the long term.

You might think me arrogant, but after I have had a couple of tramps doing my garden and drive way, I like the way they smile when I pay them fairly for their work. If they thank me, I always say "No, do not thank me, for you have earned this money, it is your right to receive it, it is I who pay with my thanks."
Thus the tramp feels good about himself and his confidence it raised just a little.

Treat people with respect and dignity, praise good attributes, be kind and good mannered. Treat as an equal. These are the things that raise a downtrodden soul, fills it with strength and instils a sense of worth.
