Well said mate, most of this stuff through the magistrates courts is done by the left wing police and particularly the leftie CPS. It's a symbiotic relationship in which Labour gets to harvest millions of votes. The same stuff would not apply to a crown court judge who has the powers to get them for trying to pervert the course of justice.
Does anyone know of the local paper in Croyden?, I might place an advert reminding the constituents that slimy Gavin Barwell did nothing to help Emma West and that they should remember this at the next election.

Perhaps British people speak and/or spell badly because to do it correctly could cause embarrassment therefore offence therefore a crime against to the bu99ers that can't even be bothered to learn or speak English, along with good manners, personal hygiene (BO overload), public hygiene (incessant spitting in streets) and finally the best of all and an outstanding example of parental control and obedience to the Koran, women of indeterminate origin clad in all enveloping black robes with 5 or 6 kids go into a shop the kids go on a rampage and the woman shoves goods under her clothes and leaves followed by the brats, the staff know of it but do not react because they DARE NOT for fear of being charged with racism, indeed in some stores senior management have quietly passed just such instruction to the shop floors, other thieves are to be vigorously prosecuted "to make an example" work it out.
I saw this happen in a large fairly local shopping centre store and pointed it out to the security guard who said "I know" and walked away.
