Just heard on radio a pilot is to be carried out where prisoners are going to have private phones installed in their cells!

Even student residences do not provide this luxury.
No wonder illegal immigrants come here, commit a crime and get banged up for a few years, comforts beyond anything they are used to, three meals a day and free education, including English lessons.

mostly five star hotels dont bother about middle income people. They like to get their target audience is as high income people and tourists.

I reckon the real reason is so the Feds can find out who they are phoning and gain valuable criminal intelligence. It might actually make the police more efficient.
