UKIP is sinking fast
I have written little in 2011. I see little hope that Farage's UKIP can progress the leave the EU movement. Indeed it is quite the opposite with Farage trying to merge UKIP into an EU approved pan European party that would emasculate UKIP as a leave the EU party. Its all very depressing. I doubt it is what the UKIP membership voted for when they voted Farage in again as leader. They have been well and truly conned.

I have now heard from three different independent sources that UKIP is financially bust. Anyone on the NEC who asked questions about UKIP finances was removed by the Cabal. UKIP MEPs, especially Farage, have shown a marked reluctance to put their hand in their own pocket. That says it all really. I hear Julia Reid has left the NEC although as I write she still appears on the UKIP web site as an NEC member. Keeping your website up to date is a pre-requisite for a political party with electoral aspirations.

On the Eurozone front the EU continue to behave like King Canute. It becomes clearer each day that it is now the Fourth Reich run by Frau Dr Merkel. Sooner or later we will see EU governments fall after the sort of street protests that have been seen in Johnny Arab land and let us hope the greatest dictatorship of them all, the EU, will go with them

The UKIP candidate: Jane Collins

Much has been made of a poll published in the Mail. LINK. Indeed, UKIP’s spin doctors have been busy telling everyone that the poll proves that support for UKIP is growing. Apparently, UKIP is on 9% of the vote according to the Mail and certain UKIP officials!

So let’s take a closer look at the poll in question.

507 people were contacted by telephone. Not all of those contacted (27%) agreed to answer the questions put to them. The poll states that 4% intend to vote UKIP. That makes just 20 people!

How encouraging! Next stop, Number 10 for our Nigel!

And can we expect the usual crowing if UKIP beats the BNP into fifth place? And there was us thinking that UKIP was there to get the UK of the EU!

Sampling Method: Within the parliamentary constituency of Barnsley Central registered voters with were targeted in a balanced way across the wards of Barnsley Central, Darton East, Darton West, Kingstone, Monk Bretton, Old Town, Royston and St Helens.

Sample size: 507

From memory, the status of the anti-UKIPpers are as follows;

Greg Lance Watkins - lifetime ban, spends most of his time denigrating forum owner Anthony Butcher. Swears that he never reads the forum but is forever quoting from it

Junius - lifetime ban. As evidenced in this thread, uses this forum but unlike Watkins, regurgitates the thoughts of others and presents them as their own (see example provided by Gothmog). Ban only applies to the Junius name, sockpuppets and aliases are still posting freely

Eric Edmond (Somerset Yokel) - refuses to post on here after being pulled to bits by Douglas Denny in a debate.

It is a very sad but laughable fall from grace for Niall Warry though. He has more or less admitted that he is no longer capable of thinking for himself as he will now regurgitate the thoughts and plagiarisms of GLW and Junius without engaging with those who wish to actually debate their points.

So Warry now indulges in the cowardly ways of the anti-UKIPpers - make several wild allegations without sticking around to debate them. See the posts of John West and Tim as examples of this.

Normally, I would be disgusted by this but in actual fact, I am deeply amused. Why? Because as I have said, by doing this, Warry is admitting that he is no longer capable of independent thought because, as the last few months have proved, he has lost most debates with UKIPpers so he has decided to go on this new path of being a lemming. An embarassing climbdown, especially for a decorated military man - resorted to re-posting the (sometimes second-hand) thoughts of his leaders - allowing them to circumvent their lifetime bans.

If you needed an idea of the depths to which these balloons will go to, you only have to look at the recently locked thread started by Tim attacking John Bufton who is curently convalescing from a severe stroke. Proof, if it was needed, that these people will use absolutely ANYTHING as a stick to beat UKIP with. Not even the fact that a UKIP MEP has suffered a life threating stroke is off-limits for these people - its all about getting the kicks in.

But let them continue on this utterly embarassing path, for they show themselves for the scumbags that they are.

I think you are probably right again in one respect which is that there is no point debating with 'you lot' because you are not intersted in debate just to silence any contrary view.

As to your implication that 'you lot' have seen 'us lot off' by your superior debating skills don't make me laugh! There are more holes in your spin than a sieve but I grant you you do try your best!

UKIP members who could change things in UKIP probably don't even read this Forum so posting on it is a fairily self indulgent hobby!

However this thread is where I'll post and gloat as and when EUKIP crumbles and there are SIGNIFICANT things to post about.

I would hardly class the words of an embittered Eric Edmond as significant but whatever rows your boat, Niall. Edmond is another diva like you – can’t win any debates with Douglas Denny so he runs away like some pissy kid with a skinned knee, bemoaning his treatment (given the sheer level of abuse he gave to Denny for years, he is in no position to comment). If you wish to confirm my point that you are no longer capable of thinking for yourself by uploading the opinions of others, you go right ahead. But of course, I will always attempt to debate you if you so desire.

You’re no better than the dearly departed John West (departed in the sense that he no longer posts in his own name) – make allegations and smear UKIP and then refuse to stick around to defend your points. That’s a bit lame isn’t it Niall? Anyway, your claim that ‘we’ try to silence you. Speaking only for myself, I actually enjoy conversing with you because you do yourself no favours – what you call ‘us’ silencing you, I would call ‘me asking your straight questions which you cannot/will not answer’. I have asked for several days now about the existence of the News of the World stories which your friends have made claims about – none of them are willing to answer my questions. Now why is that?

And I’ve said it before Niall, your pathetic attempt to label everything I ask as ‘spin’ is easily shown to be the cry of a person with no response. I do try and put some of my posts in plain English so that there can be no confusion but you will go ‘Argh, spin’ simply because you cannot give a satisfactory answer to my queries.

Your closing comments were very appropriate, seeing as you are now hiding behind the words of others – saying ‘its goodbye from me and its goodbye from him’ seems apposite given that your posts are now the work of someone else. However we can certainly give you credit for the ‘cut and paste’.

And your desires to gloat when UKIP comes crashing down, please Niall, for your own sake, don’t hold your breath. I fear you could be waiting a very long time…

Now you run along and sort the ILTEUA’s election plans out – leave the thinking to people capable of doing it for themselves.

History will be the judge of UKIPs success or lack of it and I can see precious little to currently commend it.
