Default HMS Belfast enters the UKIP Triangle

For some strange reason the report on UKIP’s HMS Belfast dinner has been removed from young Josh’s masterpiece ‘bloggers 4 UKIP’. I can well imagine his desire to remove this particular bit of UKIP history from our radar screens. To be quite frank the whole thing was a disaster - No political defections to UKIP and certainly no large sums of cash promised by less than impressed individuals.

However, we were treated to Nigel boasting about how he been recognised by a member of the public. They even asked for his autograph! No one had the heart to tell him that signing a cheque for a former member doesn’t really count. Michael Zuckerman was also on good form telling a delighted few how he was going to ‘get’ several members, including Eric Edmond, John West and David Abbott. Mrs Farage was also there. For some reason Nigel looked surprised when he saw her. Is his memory that bad?

After the dinner Nigel and a few friends went off for a drink. It soon became apparent that three sinister looking characters in raincoats were following them. Who were they? Were they from Olaf or just friends of Nick Griffin? Has GLW got any brothers? I have my own theory. Can anyone tell me where Eric Edmond, Robin Page and John West were that night?

I googled UKIP and HMS Belfast, hoping for news coverage, and found the following entries under "list of things the students think their lecturer would prefer to be doing" (punishment for skiving):

Formal Spec (problem class 1)

37) Bake a cake in the shape of HMS Belfast. It has to be chocolate, mind.
