Deadweight Derek the whore of Brussels now has his come-uppance it would seem, for his venality, dishonesty and betrayal not only of what was UKIP, its electors and his constituents but also of these United Kingdoms – this odious little man not only attended the Celebrations of the 50th. Anniversary of the ghastly EU but also took his wife!

This is the man who betrayed Britain by signing an agreement together with the pro EU Ind.Dem.Group of which Nigel Farage is paid additionally as the joint chairman. The agreement signed by Clark was that these United Kingdoms should be subjected to greater subsidiarity of the EU – totally against the wishes and the principles of the people who campaigned so hard to get him elected – he LIED and also further betrayed them by signing up to working with The EU to make its committees stronger and more binding over Britain.

I do not for a moment believe this odious little man had either the wit or the strength of character to make these decisions on his own but believe he was acting as a puppet to pleasure his corrupt leader Nigel Farage.

However when this whore of Brussels was speaking on a public platform in his constituency and boasted of how easy it was to defraud the EU and told those present of ways in which he did defraud the tax payers I doubt he was under the control of his puppet master and merely made a fool of himself bringing EUkip into undeniable disrepute.

I understand this dishonest little man with his lies, arrogance and betrayals has now received his numbers!

You will I hope forgive me for any slight transcription error as the accent of this particular contact of mine is somewhat difficult to understand on an international phone call.

I understand the financial irregularities will, as with Tom Wise, be investigated in full by OLAF and then the files will be passed to the British Police (Handy for an elderly chap like Clark, who will be nearly 76 at the next elections, Wootton Police Station would seem to be within tottering distance even on a Zimmer Frame). Where appropriate, like Tom Wise, further evidence will be gathered prior to arrest – at that stage OLAF will make their official complaing as the party wronged (on behalf of the tax payer) and the miscreant will be released upon bail.

The offence will most likely, as with Tom Wise, come under the money laundering laws which encourages the police to take a long period of Bail and time to bring to The Courts as the Money Laundering Laws permit the investigation of any and all other financial transactions of the individual concerned AND ALSO the right to investigate ALL the accounts of those with whom he had dealings.

In retrospect it is probably a good job this dishonourable little man never did pay me the ?150.00 direct expenses I incurred as a witness for Peter Baker, as his defence against the lies of Clark, the dishonesty of Denny and the duplicity of Batten when they set up a Kangarroo Court to try to get rid of the very loyal UKIP member Peter Baker.

I gather having failed with his lies about Peter Baker to oust him he used Money and bribes to achieve the same end, or so I gather, it will be interesting to see what the Police make of the accounts of Deadweight Derek’s Regional Organiser Ron Ransom and also probably his taxi business and maybe the accounts of his wife as floor staff in TESCO or various family members who have been brought in to set up and run what seem to be paper branches – likewise I understand the bonuses of his other staff and office expenses, which I gather look much like the sort of money laundering Derek Clark had boasted of.

I presume since Derek Clark employed Niall Warry for some time without giving him any meaningful work, despite Niall’s oft repeated requests, this may make Niall a material witness and could lead to inquiry into the Birmingham Head Office accounts etc. etc. Similarly the various staff Derek Clark claims for against the tax payer and funds to work at Lexdrum House – should the police wish or the customs and revenue etc. wish this is the key to the corrupt accounts of EUkip that Graham Booth and Malcolm Wood so glibly lied about.

So that’s Farage on a couple of counts at least, Tom Wise, Titford and I gather Booth so far actually under active investigation by OLAF – then there are Titford & Gulleford under active investigation by the Police for hacking and breech of Data Protection and misuse of computers when they downloaded Petrina Holdsworth’s private eMails and others. I hear that others are under investigation by OLAF for similar offences.

Then of course Farage, Christopher Gill, Michael Zucherman, Page & Fuller are under investigation by the Police on behalf of the Data protection Commission. We must not forget Tom Wise who has to surrender to bail on 29-Oct-08.

I don’t know if anyone is officially complaining to The Press Complaints Commission for the willingness of The Independent and more so Brendan Carlin for their totally unprofessional behaviour in printing the c@ck & bull story sold to them by EUkip’s leadership and the lies d3eliberately and dishonestly substantiated by Nigel Farage.

I gather the Electoral Commission is taking an interest in the recent corrupt selection process and corrupted elections as perceived by many members and the total failure either due to incompetence or downright dishonesty of Christopher Gill to conduct himself or the election/selection other than brought even EUkip into disrepute and also the FACT that the leadership failed to give any consideration or respect to the appeal process or the appeals made nor any cognicence to the report of The Returning Officer who advocated a re-run of the selection/election process at the NEC meeting on Monday.

It was interesting to note that Christopher Gill whilst delivering his myopic or downright dishonest report ended up in a nasty temper spat with Wittaker who was chairing the meeting.

Zucherman of Bent & Manure I gather has ceded his role as legal advisor to the Ox who now circulates the NEC with her learned legal opinions garnered no doubt from her primary school pupils! Meanwhile between bouts of loss of control of his mental faculties and tongue and most noticeably his volume control the oiliferous little Zucherman dispenses his medical expertise!

I very much doubt any of the decent members of what was UKIP have the vaguest clue as to the childish and ill mannered way in which the imbecilic leadership behave – can you imagine Farage REFUSED to address the damaging Press Coverage over the weekend and was openly telling lies to the NEC when all the NEC are well aware why his little friend the foul mouthed slut Fuller got dumped and each of them received Wittaker’s cobbled together pack of lies about her departure forced on him by Farage.

Not a single matter of substance was discussed at the NEC other than the corruption it indulged in for the day with its scandalous treatment of John West and the childish abuse hurled at him and then the terror manifest amongst the caterpillars & creepie crawlies who have destroyed EUkip and made it unelectable their fear that they might permit an honest man amongst them necessitated they debar Dr. Eric Edmond and I understand they had paper work to hand to debar Dr. David Abbott also irony of irony one wonders whether as it was he who so strenuously opposed Richard Suchorzewski, who has excellent grounds to revile the BNP, Richard Suchorzewski spoke and voted against Abbott’s inclusion on the NEC whilst Farage bullied and over rulled him will Farage after his association with Devlin and his personal selection of a National Front Regional Organiser and Candidate as his own election agent and you will recal it was Farage who welcomed Mick Nutless & TitFord from the extreme Right Wing New Britain Party – will it now be Farage who engineers the deselection of Abbott.

What fools these people are to build such a dedicated army of enemieas amongst their friends – EUkip and the Farage leadership is a Busted Flush a corpse stinking of corruption and waiting for burial. Its meetings only lack the cutting of the throats of chickens to match the Haitian Voodoo Ceremonies of the undead.

It is my belief that Farage is merely lining up the puppets and the gullible to leave them holding the rotting corpse of EUkip as he jumps ship – a failure and a sordid little man of no morality who thinks mostly with his small head being a barrow boy with cunning and duplicity. Farage is utterly amoral with a clearly dyslexic approach to integrity and honesty – a sad figure really as he only acts this way out of insecurity which is why he so immaturely so regularly makes a fool of himself like a teenager over wine and women – utterly irresponsible and a pathetic figure to those who have seen through his flimsy fa?ade. WHY on earth do you think he is trying so hard to build a falanx of youngsters as his body guard – Hitler did the same when his people saw through him and it was the Hitler Youth who marched to their death in the 10s of 1,000 on the ice before the gates of Stalingrad – just as it will be the Young Independents who prove the most Dependent and in the end the most disillusioned as they follow Lisa right up The Duff!

The tipping point is coming soon – be prepared as UKIP emerges with the rotten head removed – as I recall it was Suchorzewski who presciently, if unoriginally, pointed out UKIP like fish was rotting from the Head Down as he departed after an utterly corrupted leadership embalming (for it was not an anointing because that actually signalled the end) he was unwilling to serve a liar and a cheat in ANY capacity.

Many will remember over the many years I have supported UKIP I have ALWAYS said I back Nigel Farage to the hilt as the public face of UKIP but he can count on my implacable opposition if he EVER tries to become leader – the longer he is foolish enough to remain the greater is my determination to see him with his corrupt cronies in Jail for their undeniable betrayal of the 1,000s of decent honest members of UKIP and their self seeking betrayal of these United Kingdoms – liars, cheats and bullies to a man.

Derek Clark, may have problems, but he can still lead by example. Olaf has confirmed that both a case number and an investigation number has been issued, in respect of Derek Clark. The investigation concerns the, 'Abuse of assistance allowance'. The case, I understand, will be multi-dimensional.

Now that details of this investigation are in the public domain, for his own good name, Clark must desist from 'chairing' the East Midlands Committee on Monday night. That will largely be about fund-raising for next years Euro-Election, in which he is the lead candidate. It would be quite unsatisfactory, due to the nature of OLAF's investigation,
for him to become involved, until he has been totally exonerated of any personal wrongdoing.

It should also follow that he does not attend NEC meetings as a MEP representative.
Having established the precedent for Mote, and Wise, it must apply equality to all others who are being investigated, irrespective of who they are. Remember what Coke told James 1st in the early 17c. 'Be ye 'er so high, the law be higher'. Clark should willingly obey those precedents which have been established for others.

Geoffrey, shouldn't UKIP promote the presumption of innocence? There is no immediate threat to anyone's wellbeing from him carrying on all of his duties, so I can see no reason for him not to do so. Being 'investigated' means nothing.

Anthony Butcher: In what way do I violate the presumption of innocence? In most professions you are required to 'take leave' once an investigation has commenced.
I am saying that Derek Clark can, of his own volition, follow those precedents which, as fas as I know, he has never condemned in the past.

The NEC, with Clark as one of the Committee, voted to remove Eric Edmond. No charges, no allegations, no resolution was proposed or seconded. Did Clark remonstrate against such injustice? Let us see the minutes in order that we can decide.

I proposed that be declines 'chairing' the meeting on Monday in the interests of example, and not as the minfestation of guilt. We must assume anyone to be innocent until charged, and even then they are entitled to the presumption of innocence.
