Sorry, I'm with the EU on this one.

When you consider the price differential between CD's and DVD's available in the UK and the USA then it's about time we stopped being ripped off

Do we really have to continue to pay for the excesses of music stars, their agents and company executives

Again, whether the policy is good or not, it does not require the EU in order to happen. Such a deal could be very eaily done by multilateral agreement/treaty, with sovereignty remaining at Westminster.

Every good or useful idea which the Europhiles try to tie to the EU can generally be done without the EU's existence. Every bad idea linked to the EU by Eurosceptics arises because of the EU. That is why the Europhile position is untenable.
