Default UKIP's new website , sneak preview??

I found this earlier, i have no idea what a holding page is i presume a holding page protects your brand until you are ready to pursue your full website design? please correct me if im wrong. So is the address below UKIP'S new website address and is this the new website template? What does every one think of the little of it shown??

That banner is horrible, the quality is not good enough (compressed too much?).

UKIP should be using .png, not .jpeg.

When will UKIP provide a purchasable quantity of (or database for down loadable templates) leaflets for their propaganda starved activists?

Where are the regular bulletins and newspapers designed to promote and attract new supporters? Perhaps UKIP will learn from the BNP on this one and actually try to make a difference in the recruiting battleground.

Or, maybe UKIP doesn't think they need leaflets to attract new supporters (far to much work for their poor old zimmer framed street soldiers!) and consider it far easier to just discuss things word of mouth down the golf/Tory club!
