Douglas: My statement: ( 'BOO must only be applied if the Conservatives agree to the need for reciprocity. We cannot be expected top accommodate them, without an identifiable benefit to ourselves'.) That statement, Douglas, is a circumlocutionary one;
which in plain English means that reciprocity will not be extended to us, and, perhaps, with the odd one or two exceptional local agreements, we should forget the whole nonsense. BOO was sold to UKIP by Christopher Gill; look how conscientiously he has organised our MEP selection process. An NEC member has written to him twice expressing organisational concerns which he has, but Gill has disappeared on holiday and we will not see him any more until after the Autumn AGM. UKIP are being treated with demonstrable contempt.
