Default Proposed UKIP policy - Scrap Pub Smoking Ban

I detest smoking but this ban is killing our pubs.

On the upside it might put 'Charlie Endell' out of a job.

Kill the ban.

I have never smoked but the sale of tobacco in its various forms is totally legal ( except to under 18's and until it is made illegal then I believe pubs should have the option of deciding whether to allow smoking on their premises or not. Owner/manager/staff should decide and then it would be upto customers to come or not.
I agree with Mike the ban is doing severe damage to pubs but is ,of course, increasing home consumption which is frankly bad news
