It's not against the rules, no, and it is impossible for any moderator to be 100% certain that someone is using two accounts. Many people share IP addresses, and even PCs.

People using multiple accounts always slip up at some point (replying to their own posts for example) and get publicly exposed by other forum members.

Eagle: I do not know who you are, at least if I do know you, I cannot associate you with your nom de plume.

One of the abiding memories of the Americans entering Bagdad, was the sight of massive troop movements and armoured equipment moving along the streets of the capital. It was plain for all to see that the coalition forces were now in charge; the evidence was visible, irrefutable and apparent for all to see. It was against this backgroung that the BBC interviewed Comical Ali, he denounced all what we were seeing as lies and Western propaganda; not a word of truth was being spoken. (and by implication, or being seen).

Increasingly, BobFM, is becoming our own Comical Ali; UKIP's own denying-machine, wholly impervious to the evidence, loyal to wrong-doings unto death. It is reducing our options for change, and increasingly becoming part of the problem. That, however, is another story.

Much of what you have written is already known to me. If you want explanations for
candidates in the East Midlands, losing their chance to become television 'stars', that could be explained by Bellatrix.Technical problems, and one or two other things!!!!

I understand she was interviewed by the West Midlands and is then perfectly entitled to be on a second list should she wish to be. I have been told East Midlands has at least three of their shortlisted candidates who are also on the lists for other regions.

I asked Christopher Gill this question and he confirmed it was untrue. Sheer muck racking and trouble making.

I think this has already been answered, mix up in the bookings in the Press Office over who was doing what meant there was no time to schedule these tests in the East Midlands.

As it turned out, as you already know from question above, Clive page had no involvement in the East Midlands Selection Process. The comment about benefit fraud is the same as your deposit claims, sheer muck racking and attempted trouble making.
