Oh dear another totally evidence devoid diatribe from GC. Blimey the last thing that anyone who knows me would describe me as having is an inferiority complex. The proof I require, is the proof a court will accept not the 'proof' suitable to scandal rags like the NotW.

Our system of Justice and long may it remain the same is that people are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law not on an internet forum.

Not having met any of those continually mentioned on here with the exception of Nigel, I would hardly describe them as friends. As for the noose tightening, I guess they will not have any difficulty holding their breaths, given no evidence has yet been produced.

BobFM: Under our legal system you are not innocent until proven guilty. You are only PRESUMED to be innocent until found guilty. Think about it logically BobFM, and it couldn't be anything else.

I joined UKIP thinking it would different. My hopes have fallen flat. Tom Wise under investigating, Titford also rumoured to be under Olaf investigating. His office manager accused of being party to fraud. Nigel Farage under investigation by Olaf and Graham Booth helping getting his relative on a MEP list (so it is said) after only being in the party a few weeks.

I now hear that Gerard Batten is facing a revolt in London. Potential Meps want to oust him so they can take his place. Great idea! Kick out one of only the few decent, hardworking MEPs we have left.

H so you joined last month, so less than a month and you have already decided. More of the same rubbish from the usual suspects. Our law doesn't say 'presumed' innocent at all it is innocent until proven guilty
