As slow as the police may be, if they had evidence of criminal wrong doing by now, and apparently as Bedfordshire Chief Constable says, there will be no prosecution. So it will be 3-0 to Tom Wise. I repeat I do not know if he is guilty of criminal fraud. That in the British system of Justice is decided by a court. It seems some against the European Union seems to want to adopt their take on Justice as far as Wise is concerned. As for GLW, I would quite happily never mention the guy again, if he would stop emailing me. Until that time I will continue to highlight his 'excesses'. If T.N. and others don't like it may I suggest they pursued him to publish and be dammed, he commits no crime ( although it could be civil libel) by doing so, and it certainly doesn't look as though the police will take action.

The idea that GLW, if allowed back, would 'behave himself' is very interesting and mind-stretching.

Actually, it defies credibility.

If he ever comes back I'll be happy to lay a substantial bet that he will be posting the usual hysterical and abusive screeds calling for political assassination and so forth.

Still, he will be as entertaining as ever.

Mikeuk I think your money would be quite safe. If the man refuses to simply remove someone from his mailing list then what chance is there that his will be any less, libellous , off the planet and fallacious. In short NONE. And those who defend him only have to present all these 'truths' he spouts with evidence. We only have his word for it Bedfordshire Police went to Chepstow. In a case of this kind, all we would have done is contact the local force and ask them to do the witness statement, One can only speculate if it's true that they went it's because the local police said something like, 'the guys a nutter', do it yourself.

LOL! He removed me from his mailing list after accusing me of being a pro-EU infiltrator and much else.

He hi-jacked a Yahoo site I ran with long screeds of personal abuse against all and sundry. The site was suddenly taken down by Yahoo almost certainly because somebody complained about his mad hate-fuelled rants, which included personal, sexist and racist abuse.

It's a pity because I would like to have kept his ravings on record.

In case anybody has forgotten GLW was dumped by UKIP after praising the lunatic who murdered Anna Lindh, the Foreign Minister of Sweden.

I'm sure that we'd all like to get our own way all of the time unfortunately life doesn't work like that!

I presume that whilst a member of UKIP he had the opportunity of mounting a leadership challenge if he thought that his views and opinions were so respected?

stathan, he is a classical 'conspiracy theorist'. I wouldn't be surprised that he believed the Secret Service were bugging his calls, and little green men were lurking in his toilet bowl. He is on a video stating he admires the BNP stance and then claims differently. I listened to him on a recent Welsh radio debate about the EU and all he did was interrupt and rant. He had to be told a number of times to allow the other two extremely polite and well spoken Peers to express their opinion. (So presumably this guy is insistent that it's his way or no way?) absolutely. I now wait for another circulation 'slagging me off'.

, says he is opposed to the BNP, racism etc.

However some of his screaming rants against Israel could have come straight off Stormfront.

Yes I was banned as I've already admitted. When I re-applied I was very surprised to get back on and then half expecrted to be told to go again. Anyway I'm still here arguing my case and as to GLW, knowing him well as I do, he is totally principled and will not wilt when the going gets tough in fact it seems to spur him into greater action. He belives, as I do, UKIP has been hijacked by a self seeking crowd who put their own self interests above their country. They may well maintain a daily gloss of fightingh the EU but in the main they have been totally corrupted by the EU. As with anyone who writes and says as much as he does he can be selectively quoted out of context. However, much as though he can go on a bit, his aim is to get the UK out the EU. It is my opinion that those who have most to hide are likely to be his greatest critics. As most of you know he is prepared to talk to anyone who rings him up so why not do so and find out what he's all about.
