4 more potential UKIP Lords??? (Lord Stoddart, no chance of joining UKIP.) Whatever, thanks to those who have voted for the UKIP amendment. It just demonstrates how far the odds are against our cause at the moment. Note in the not contents various Government ministers and most importantly the Leader of the Conservatives in the House of Lords, Lord Strathclyde. He could have whipped hundreds to vote against this amendment. His presence in the not contents lobby is statement enough as to the official position of the Conservative party.
