Akebono: Thank you for taking the trouble to send a post, even if it was not intended to be complimentary to me. I am not sure that you are correct in believing that I tell other people how to behave, although the behaviour of some is not wholly ideal. However you are entitled to your opinion.

Having given many years of help and support to UKIP, it is a matter of disappointment
that we have many people in senior positions, who care so little for their own, or the Party's, reputation. I endeavour to be factually correct in what I say, and insist that others are given a fair hearing. Standards are important and must be both upheld and valued.

We are going through a bad patch at the moment, and worse is to come. Does this result from a defect in our political purpose? No, it results entirely from the behaviour and conduct of certain people. Read tomorrows NOTW, and ask if that is acceptable behaviour: should Wise do those things, while associated with our name?

Look at the pamphlets being distributed in our name in Crewe and Nantwich, and see how many votes we garner next Thursday. Our cause is a noble one and it will not be advanced by ignoble people, bad behavior and corrupt politicians.

Anyway, although we not not appear to agree on much, I am sure that you are making a contribution for the branch in your area. Have a good weekend.
