BobFM: Why not ask those who should know? Was the Edward's Affair discussed by the NEC with a view to taking a civil action against him? Was money allocated in anticipation of legal costs? Has this case cost the Party any money to-date, and how much? Did the NEC agree to informi the Police, or was it done by others acting of their own volition? If you really want to know, why not write to the Party Chairman.

There you go again GC. It is you is harping on about civil proceedings, I have only mentioned it in the context of your posts. If you are desperately keen to know ask them yourself. For my part until such times as someone provides proof the NEC or anyone else is acting illegally then 'ignorance is bliss'. So get over yourself GC.
