Bob FM & Unionist: Barristers are instructed by solicitors. Unless you either withdraw your case, or the defendant decides to withdraw, or a settlement out of court can be agreed; court will be the next stop. How much change from £1000 per hour, do you anticipate? Vat will account for 17.5% of the costs. How much has this case cost the Party to date? NEC members should be able to glean this information from Marta Andreasen: it should be on the accounts as a specific item.

They are pretty switched on now, unlike our leader who supresses talent (because it may be a threat to him), these guys are nurturing it. Its why they are doing well.

Edwards, however, is a throwback. I doubt that the BNP leadership will be best pleased with him over all this.

It seems to me that UKIP has given one of its critcs a pretty big stick to beat them with .
Decisions to go to the Police with this sort of allegation need to be well thought through before taking action -decide in haste ,regret at leisure.
Edwards email was an obvious spoof in any event ,except for the very gullible few .

God I would hate to be an expert like all the ex UKIPer's on here. Obviously they were really successful in helping the party to achieve great things. GC, nice one change the whole context of your original contention ignoring completely that it was a Criminal not a civil investigation and without any proof assuming it has cost UKIP money. And more bitter irrelevance from Petrina.

Just because I do not sit on this website 24/7 one assumes does not prohibit me from commenting, or does it. I was merely catching up, and you would have seen most of my posts were in response to others. Opinion, is just that, when I have a particular knowledge of something I qualify my comments with that information, unlike others who post 'opinion' as fact, and then attempt to wriggle out of what they have said.
