Default Former UKIP Assembly members receive pay off

NO ONE HAS DIVERTED MORE MONEY THAN THE TRAITORS JUST DISMISSED FROM THE LONDON ASSEMBLY.

Decent men would give their £25k redundancy ,free of tax to the party.

Yes: and the defeated Mayor is to be given nearly £70. 000. That is why we must be careful whom we select for political appointments. Any UKIP MEP, either defeated or does not stand next year, will be eligible for similar amounts; plus a pension.

I am shocked. Redundancy in my eyes, is when a position is made obsolete.

The fact is here, the position isn't being made obsolete at all, just the board (public) taking the decision to fire the old staff and get someone in to do a better job.

No wonder politics is crawling with career lackies, who don't really give a **** about anything but feathering their own nests.

Contractors should fight for this kind of "right" too then.

Putting this in perspective, I believe MPs, of any party, who fail to get elected get a years salary as consolation - This is now thing new...

It might not be new, but it is still wrong. Seriously, why don't contractors demind this same safety net?

It has probably cost the taxpayer about £1m to fund the little and LARGE of 'gONE LONDON' what with their entourage of Veritas rejects.V for M?Hardly ,more like S & M for us taxpayers.Whilst posing as offering 'more Bang for nip and tuck' they were as productive as a wet's dream.

Who was initially behind the selection of these individuals to the candidates list in 2004?

Did they have a history of UKIP activism and membership?

Damian joined after the Marmite Millionaire passed away, and was very active in London for years. He was a party vice-chairman, and provided office space, facilities etc. - All much appreciated, before his, erm, "Vanity" caught up with him...
