The James Whale radio programme on Talksport was a programme I had on every night (Sunday - Thursday).
Mr. Whale may find another radio station to work for (local or national) and could possibly return to television light entertainment. His Friday night programme on ITV was very popular and many remember it and would welcome it back. It finished shortly before Mr. Whale started presenting on Talksport in 1995 when Talk Radio - as it was then called - started up. I understand Mr. Whale has a regular column in the Daily Sport newspaper. This is not the first loss of a eurosceptic presenter from Talksport radio in the last 18 months. In December 2006, anti-EU Talksport radio presenter Mr. Mike Dicken tragically died in a car accident in the West Country. Last edited by Britannist; 07-05-2008 at 05:41 PM. |
