Feel free to turn your caps lock off. It just makes your postings harder to read and looks like you are shouting all the time

Look at all the BNP sharks swimming to the smell of blood as UKIP members cut themselves in the water.

Good grief.

Why do you all listen to these people? They are trying (and succeeding) to cause internal dissent.

If you have a problem with something that an official has done. Get the branch to respond to it internally.

Don't feed the trolls!

Blame Jeffrey Titford. He sent out the original email to all the members.

At least West stood his ground. Titford has done himself no favours with this one.

Default Titford Gags conference

Presumably, in the name of fairness, Titford will not allow Gulleforrd to publish any articles in publications originating from Chelmsford. Somehow though, I don't think he will be so harsh to his little brown-noser.

One has only to look back at the situation for selecting members of the Eastern Counties Committee in 2006 whereby the rules, approved by the NEC, prevented Gulleford from being a member. However, on that occasion, it did not suit Titford to play by the rules, and he wanted Gulleford on the Committee by hook or by crook.

I am sure that Martin Harvey would be more than willing to provide full details of that stitch-up.

I'd hate to be a fly on the wall at Titford's office with Hudson having to accept that his boss is backing a no-hoper!

Why on earth does Titford think Gulleford will do any good in the Euros? Have you seen him? As you say, Hudson must be rather puzzled as to why his boss supports this individual and sees him as a future MEP. It proves that you don't need talent if you work as Titford's political advisor.

Viewing UKIP from the sidelines it makes the Times comment about 'imploding' seem particularly apt. If the parties energy cannot be directed outwards it must go inwards. Its inability to use its energy outwards must be rooted in some weakness and, although there may be a small percentage who are impossible, UKIP members are generally passionate about their cause. I have previously suggested that it is as a result of poor leadership - this has been hotly contested by the most loyal. Of them I ask - if it is not poor leadership what is the weakness?
